He’s created different courses in personal and professional development aimed at higher performance and achievement which are delivered through mentorship, coaching, events and online courses. Having many years of experience comes vast knowledge on various things, thus, Edward’s passion is to motivate others to reach their full potential and to never give up even when the journey is tough.
When you suffer a crushing defeat, you must use that opportunity to get back up because it is not about the fall it’s about how you dust yourself off and continue to fight. Jack Canfield once said, “Successful people maintain a positive focus in life no matter what is going on around them.

Brief Intro About My Family
I am a family man having been married to the love of my life for over 20 years and the love for my family keeps blossoming day by day. I am blessed with four kids; three girls and one boy whom I love deeply. To me, fatherhood is the most amazing thing and I feel honored to be called a husband and a father. I have learned how to balance between family and work, it is amazing how fatherhood has made me responsible and hardworking at the same time.
My goal as a family man is to be better every day and my family motivates me towards this realization. They are my strength and motivation; they keep me pushing to be better every day. As a father, I frequently create time to spend with my kids whom I believe are my source of encouragement. Such moments to me are very important because they create a great bonding experience. Most of the time I am consistently on the move but always keep my family in mind. .
I have built a good relationship with my kids who in turn freely interact with me without fear. Being around my wife and kids has created that sense of belonging, they find it easy to share their thoughts and worries when going through tough times. I enjoy every bit of fatherhood and have no regrets.
What Keeps me Going
I enjoy physical fitness whether it’s running a full marathon, I find the time to squeeze some work out every day. As John F. Kennedy said, “ Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically" As an inspiring motivational speaker, Edward captures the heart of the employee on an emotional level, where professional change really happens. He believes that if he can touch the human spirit, it will create a lasting positive impact on both the personal and professional lives of his audience.
